Production Engineer- Intern – Abhyaz

We are offering an internship opportunity for Production Engineers with a focus on ERP and Supply Chain Management.

As an intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to various aspects of the production and supply chain processes. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and enhance your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Discovery Modules:
• Develop discovery modules to explore specific functions and features of tools/software related to production engineering. Focus areas include charts, quality, and logistics.
• Forecast Planning:
• Build forecast plans for different time horizons (quarterly, annual, and three-year forecasts).
• Conduct cost analysis for the forecast.
• Perform lead time analysis and vendor analysis for the forecast.
• Conduct class-wise analysis for the forecast.
• Analyze the cost of the end product and the cost of delays.
• SOP Digitization:
• Digitize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production planning and control, as well as purchase planning and control within the MTAB system.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process automation and integration with other modules to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Material and Assembly Analysis:
• Analyze materials based on class and lead time at the product and sub-assembly levels.
• Conduct assembly analysis for mechanical, electrical, and testing aspects. 6. Data Analysis:
• Utilize relevant data and market trends for analysis.
• Perform planning for the segregation of class-wise material purchase. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on additional projects and tasks as assigned by the mentor or supervisor.

Requirements Qualification: BE in Mechanical, Aerospace, Production, or Industrial Engineering
