Job Description
DEVOPS Software Engineers with good software design comprehension skills with test driven development expertise in automation tools and scripting with Cloud native applications testing with Containers, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, helm expertise
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Robot framework
Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting with Perl knowledge
Object-oriented programming exposure, Java programming concepts
Proficiency in GIT (Source control) and CI tools – Jenkins / Hudson6
Proficiency working in a Linux environment
Expertise in encrypted access protocol testing SSL/TLS ensuring application security
Expertise in various VNF application key security requirements is a MUST
Experience in LDAP/HTTP2 with TCP/IP, DNS, TLS
Expertise in test design methodologies
Proficient in tools like Wireshark, Tcpdump, Ethereal
Experience with OpenStack, VM Ware (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting)
MUST have sound knowledge in Containers, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, helm
Competencies Required:
Participate in feature refinement, plans/writes test specification, designs test plans such that there is fault prevention, execute automated test cases, analyze the test failures, reports software issues and documents items in own area.
Does technical problems isolation and resolution.
Debugging & Analysis of critical customer issues and their resolution.
Understanding of performance & robustness aspects of telecom core products
Estimates work amounts in own process area.
Writes test requirements, test specifications and other guiding documentation for R&D from technical area point of view
Strong Project/Product Development Experience in an Agile Scrum Team (Kanban / SAFe)
Adaptability and flexibility to work with others and contribute to project with stretch in critical times of project life cycle
Must display a high degree of willingness and ability to understand a new business domain, a new product, the product’s business and technical underpinnings.
Facilitation of open communication and discussion between stakeholders is required.
Contribute to R&D efficiency improvements
Demonstrates independence and raises innovative ideas
Qualifications
5 to 8 Years of Experience in SW Testing
Degree in BE/BTech/MTech/MCA
