Job Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle contract recruitment process from job posting to resume searching, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and building an internal database.
Seek referrals from existing consultants and candidates.
Effectively use job portals like Indeed, Monster, Career builder, LinkedIn, and social media for recruitment.
Establish and maintain relationships with qualified candidates.
Work on one of the best Applicant tracking database available.

Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to problem solve and propose solutions.
Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.

Skills and Experience:

4+ years of experience working as a IT recruiter for a staffing company.
Need someone who has experience working on contract W2 roles for direct clients.
Experience working on Application Tracking Software (ATS).
Must have experience with Vendor Management system (VMS) like Fieldglass.
Having good experience with IT and NON-IT
Good understanding of Tax Terms W2,C2C,1099.
Sound experience of sourcing US Citizens and Green card holders.
Previous experience working with UPS/TapFin or similar accounts before would be preferred
Willing to join onsite, if asked for
Having good understanding of US time zones.
