The Clarity PPM team helps majorly in Project Management globally across the organization. We have multiple verticals within the organization using a version of product customised as per their need. It is also used for Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Timesheets and Reporting. Finance teams captures data from Clarity for Billing, Compensation, and other organization level calculations. Our team works closely with the PMO teams of each vertical to implement changes required in the organization.

As a Senior Software Administrator in Clarity Team you will develop and support our Clarity product used by all the business segments in Baker Hughes. You must have a deep knowledge of Clarity PPM tool, its integrations and database. As part of a daily routine, our technical team works on Support, Enhancements, Development, maintenance, and upgrades of the product. You will closely work with our internal team and interact with functional owners to understand their priorities and concerns and then plan our backlog for the upcoming sprint.
As a Senior Software Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing solutions based on business requirements that improve the Clarity PPM experience
Supporting Clarity tickets to solve issue/requests under SLA
Designing and developing Clarity PPM reporting and other enhancements
Designing, developing and maintaining Clarity PPM system interfaces
Conducting performance testing on Clarity PPM and develop solutions based on the output
Interacting with CA/Broadcom support on issues requiring vendor support

To be successful in this role you will:
Have 4+ years experience on various technical aspects of Clarity PPM in development, support and maintenance.
Have experience in Clarity PPM v15.x and v16.x, Clarity PPM Installation & upgrades
Have experience in Clarity PPM Studio & Advanced Portlets using NSQL
Have experience in processes using GEL scripting & Data and configuration migration between environments
Have experience in Clarity PPM performance analysis & tuning & Jasper Soft Reports
Have knowledge & experience in Programming Languages/API’s like SOAP & REST APIs, SQL, PL-SQL,GEL Scripting, XOGs, NSQL
